I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic, right next to the Shiodome metro station, and very convenient for exploring Tokyo. The rooms were spacious and had a breathtaking view of Tokyo Tower, perfect for my family with 3 kids. The service was exceptional, although there was a slight issue with dinner reservations. The dining options were diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent value for money.
